Thank you for the offer guys, but I have a couple of people who are already helping, so I'm covered.

Ran into a slight snag with our templates that I don't know why I didn't think of till I had a dream about it. B models, always go against B models, and so if lets say there is a team that is TEAM 1 A B C TEAM 2 B C C The way the templates are being made I cannot move the B model in TEAM 2 around, so B model TEAM 2 takes an unnecessary handicap. The pairings should look like this... A vs C B vs B C vs C not this... A vs B B vs C C vs C @lostdiadem has been very gracious and helpful designing the country templates and I will not ask her to change them up, so I'm going to have to do the model templates the day before each round. It's a hell of a lot easier to pull 36 pictures a day than it is to pull 2000+ pictures over the next 3-6 days. On a good note because I only have to worry about a few pictures the comp can start soon. Edit; Lost might be changing up the templates for me, might need less pictures. PogChamp

btw brain fart and it's only two pictures per model. Angola - 1 Argentia - 1 Australia - 6 Brazil - 10 Belarus - 1 Belgium - 1 Canada - 5 China - 2 Colombia - 1 Czech Republic - 1 Denmark - 2 France - 4 Germany - 5 Hungary - 1 Ireland - 1 Israel - 2 Italy - 2 Japan - 1 Latvia - 1 Lithuania - 2 Mexico - 1 Moldova - 1 Morocco - 1 Netherlands - 6 New Zealand - 1 Nigeria - 1 Norway - 1 Poland - 4 Portugal - 1 Romania - 1 Russia - 8 Serbia - 1 South Africa - 4 Spain - 2 Sudan - 1 Sweden - 4 Ukraine - 4 United Kingdom - 5 United States - 31 I either needed 64 or 128 teams and the USA happens to have a lot more models than most countries so it was a lot easier to find models for them vs say Serbia

those are fighting words.... the level of loathing I feel for horizontal pictures is 10/10

Can't you save the template as PSP so that all the layers can be opened up and changed as needed? I believe that's how the templates were done last year. One template was made for each country and 4 pictures where inserted into the bottom layer and then the name layer was changed, then it was saved. Rinse and repeat.

Normally I do 4 pictures per model per template for a bit of variety. Do you think we could create one template for each country? I wanted the pictures to be no bigger than 250 x 300 so the template would have to be 500 x 600. Realistically how hard would be it be do something like this?

I need to figure out templates for the countries and I'm drawing a blank on how to do it with Photoshop. I could use PSP but that leads to a shitter quality template. I could definitely use your help either in a step by step guide, or the templates themselves.

A lot has changed this year. Rather than us picking the same teams over and over I pulled a list of about 4100 models from all over the world and let fate decide the teams. First I arranged the models in A/B/C categories based on location and the number of overall views their threads have. Then I assigned A models as #1 B models #2 C models #3 Then I ran a random number generator to decide on which grouping to pull from first starting with Australia. In this case there was only one A Model from Aussyland (Miranda Kerr) Result: 1 = Group A Then I roll 2 more times. Second model comes from Group B. - Atm there are 13 models in Group B so I roll between 1- 13 Model who is listed as #11 becomes Miranda's partner. Because all teams need a C member I just rolled between 1-15 and wa la a team was was made All those numbers made this team. Australia A - Miranda Kerr B - Nicole Trunfio C - Georgia Gibbs I have 128 teams of 3 = 384 models from 39 countries making this the most diverse grouping of woman in 10+ years of this comp. Hell I even found a Team for Sara Samapio which was harder than hell btw. Now I need to figure out a template for each country.
