Initial thoughts: Each model, actress, etc gets their own picture thread and section type where you just upload the pictures. You subscribe to each individual model and threads to get alerts. Their threads has their stats and info with tags as well. Can search the tags too. You can favorite and comment on each picture. Numbers stats page for each model. Keep the discussion forums.

Yeah, I support this one as well. Maybe like 64 etc. Also, perhaps a tagging system for posts, ike tagging an event, designer, campaign, photoshoot, runway, editorial. It could make searching easier?
Another thing that could be fun : a banner updated every month, could be like model of the month or actress of the month or something. Picturepub has a banner on the top left corner and i find that very appealing 🤩
HAHA indeed, it would also spam the forum with thank you posts, so likes system might be easier 😊 maybe a maximum number of pictures in a post? sometimes there's like 200 images per post and that's a long way to scroll especially on mobile. I don't know if that's doable, but like a way for the system to know if the pictures have been posted already, like an image recognition software. Cause even with search, if someone quoted it, you will not see it in search. Also sometimes people posts pictures without even a caption, so it will not show up in search. I don't know some better way to avoid reposts. If the image is in better quality though that's fine. I don't know, something like that 😝 I always check sometimes 10 pages but that's time consuming and not everyone does it.

Thanks for tagging me! I did a quick peer analysis and visited some relevant forums like The Fashion Spot, Model Mayhem, The Fashion Spot etc. One thing they all had in common was that the homepage was separated from the forum. I'm not a designer-oriented, so it’s difficult for me to come up with original ideas right now, but I can give solid feedback when there’s something to comment on. I had ChatGPT analyze the current forum structure (using your desired redesign direction) and came up with these concepts.
