Brenda was discovered in Japan when she was fifteen and began modeling in Tokyo to pay for her university studies in political science. Soon after, Brenda went to Paris, where she was seen in every show from Galliano, Lacroix, Azzedine Alaia, Dior, to Dolce and Gabbana and Valentino in Milan. A fraction of her campaigns include Gucci, Dior, Givenchy, Sonia Rykiel, Dior, Victoria Secret, Van Cleef and Arpels as well as editorials and covers for magazines like Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Amica, and G.Q. Brenda experienced a life where seemingly opposing cultures and traditions existed in harmony. Brenda is now a designer for her brand Tribe, where she blends the exotic with the classic, effortlessly combining the beautiful things she saw, grew up with, and dreamed about together. Raising my head above the parapet once again. Disappointed in Chan and Chiles covers. Hayek and Dunne ones ok but not earth shattering. Have not seen mag yet bc the former app is nowhere to be found. Does anyone have the SI Swimsuit app? Or is it defunct? Cannot believe MJ is still at its helm—just more same o, same o. Same photographers same poses same tired messages. Swimwear is abysmal. No wonder the designers abandoned this sinking ship. Now SI has swimwear for sale under its own banner in Amazon(!) for less than ten bucks! Who could stay in business against those margins??!!

This is the first part (8 models and 4 battles: winners of the 1st. Eighth Finals part 1/2 against 1B, 1C, 1F, 1G). Winners will go to the Quarter Finals. Please, choose one model by battle to let her continue the competition. Losers will be eliminated. In case of a draw, the model with higher weighted points in the Qualifiers will win the battle.
