The model in this photo looks similar to the model in my opening post, with her mole on opposite side (or missing all together). Maybe the photo in the original post was flipped on the vertical?

 

Reverse image search tells me this photo is Gabriella Lopez.

First girl in your post doesn't really look like Gabriella Lopez imo. My first thought when I saw the picture was Jennifer Lamiraqui. I know she did quite a few commercials for Garnier/Garnier Fructis in the early 2010s and up until 2015/2016.
