...I did a Google image search for this already but none of the results were fashion-related so that didn't help.

 

In an ideal world, I'd like to know the month/year, photographer and magazine (if any).

 

Also, any advice on how to further investigate this myself, if anyone has any ideas. This seems like an impossible task...

Yeah, this isn't really the place for it either since you don't need her ID, just info on the photo.
