I put the cover in reverse search and it gives me photos that are found in Vanessa's thread. Of course, the angle and the pose make it difficult to identify. Given the length of the hair, I can even think that it is a light wig with subsequent graphic work to make the cover.

Looks like a combination of Debby Carr and Maria Kalinina. Debby Carr has a more triangular nose, when seen from the front.
