Here are some pictures from the site:Most of the Lulus images come from around 2240x3360 originals, but the server only delivers 560 x 840 publicly.If you append the URL with ?w=5000 for example , the server is upscaling the image from a compressed version. I reckon appending ?w=2240 would be best available publicly without it being digitally upscaled.
