Ange
Wenger unsure when Henry will play again Arsene Wenger admits he is unsure when injured captain Thierry Henry will be available again. The striker, 29, is currently sidelined because of a foot problem, having endured his fair share of fitness issues this season following a gruelling campaign which ended with defeat in the World Cup final. Henry will definitely miss today's Premiership visit of Reading, and is also rated at only 50-50 for the crucial Champions League clash with PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday night. Wenger revealed initially it had been hoped a pain-killing injection would solve the problem, but now accepts his talisman will need more treatment. The Arsenal manager explained: 'Thierry has a problem with his foot. We injected him at Eindhoven and it made it worse. 'They said there was no danger. It was just like a bad kick and it was to stop the pain, so he could get through the game. 'Thierry has had injury problems the whole season. The fact he played maybe a lot last year - the Champions League final and also the World Cup final - has contributed. 'We have played 46 games this season, while Wigan have played 30 - plus there are the international games as well. Some of our players have played 50 games.' Wenger has plenty of selection concerns ahead of the visit of the Royals. Emmanuel Adebayor, Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Eboue are all suspended after their part in the Carling Cup final melee. Midfielder Abou Diaby is fit again, while goalkeeper Jens Lehmann, Cesc Fabregas and centre-half Johan Djourou are set to return to the squad after missing the midweek FA Cup defeat at Blackburn. However, Tomas Rosicky, Justin Hoyte and Mathieu Flamini are still sidelined. Wenger knows his makeshift team will face a stern examination from the Royals, who have proved this season's surprise package coming up from the Coca-Cola Championship to challenge for a top-six place. 'Reading are a very good side,' he said. 'What [manager] Steve Coppell has done is excellent. 'I like the way they play football - and it is no coincidence that they are with us the team who commit the fewest fouls. If it goes off that would be a big surprise.' Wenger added: 'They always have plenty of people in the box because they are not scared to attack. 'When they win the ball they go forward very quickly and they are a very fit team as well. I would sign for a 1-0 tomorrow.'

Ange
Thierry Henry will play no further part in Arsenal's campaign. The France striker has suffered an injury-plagued season, with Henry having returned from World Cup duty at less than full fitness. He returned to action for Arsenal against PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday, but his substitute appearance at Emirates Stadium came at a cost as he damaged groin and stomach muscles. Henry was sent for a scan and the results have prompted the club to draw a line under his season. Arsenal bowed out of the FA Cup and UEFA Champions League this month and with the Premiership effectively out of reach, manager Arsene Wenger has opted not to take any risks with Henry. "Thierry Henry will be out for a minimum of three months," said Wenger. "Unfortunately this means he will now miss the rest of this season both domestically and internationally, but we are confident that he will be ready for the start of next season."
