Does anyone know this girl who appears in this music video?

 

They don't say much in the description. They talk about a photographer, but I think it's the one who shot the official album cover, not this picture.

I think it is a stock image because I have seen other videos on YouTube using that same photo.

I was just wondering the same thing: It looks to me like the actress Kathleen Turner, in her younger days. I can't find any confirmation though
