I looked this picture up on his website and the picture is titled: "Top Model".  If I am not mistaken he has photoshopped her face into the picture and is making some sort of social commentary here.

I think he is just using a top model to make some point but it is difficult to figure out what exactly he is going for.  She is in a seemingly unnatural (for her) situation so he probably finds something ridiculous about fashion editorials and this is an attempt at satire. :idk: 

For the rest of us, there are 7 deadly sins.  For Stephanie, there are only 6: "vanity" is not included.  Stay vain, Steph! (Re: the current beach photos)
