Behati's ear ^ almost look alike but if u really compares both u can see many differences in size & shapes (photoshop?) The 'darker' repeated image, which is almost a silhouette, looks more like Mona - just that when I saw the features it was Behati (as a fan of hers, I've obviously studied her face more)!
