Meghan D. was part of the show and I think Sibyl too, with the same make-up they looked identical  (on that occasion) even if their way of walking  was very different. You can easily find the video of the show.

   2- white very false hair

 i searched another video (here2) with alot of names in notes (down video); 

13'54 to 14'25, there is no model around giving her the hat; but at 20'49, she has the hat (ending)
