She is married to Ukrainian footballer Andriy Shevchenko after meeting him in Milan where they both were working. After a long-term romance, they married in July 2004 in a private ceremony in Washington, D.C.. The couple had a son, Jordan (named after Andriy's idol, Michael Jordan) who was born on October 29, 2004.
