Native Italian Michelangelo Di Battista completed his formal art education in Milan and New York at the School of Visual Arts where he gained his grounding in photography and image, along with a strong influence from his painter mother and architect father. After a 20-year career in the fashion industry, he is based in London, and traveling internationally for his numerous fashion and advertising assignments.

His dedication and passion have attracted some of the fashion and beauty industries’ most prestigious names, and he has contributed to some of the most prominent publications across the globe.A favorite portrait photographer of A-list celebrities, Michelangelo Di Battista makes women look alluring, mysterious, elegant and radiant.  

As a Fine Artist, Michelangelo Di Battista recently had two major solo exhibitions at the world renowned Camera Work Gallery in Berlin and Fotografiska in Stockholm, in collaboration with the artist Tina Berning, blurring the boundaries between fashion photography, drawing, and painting.
