Casting: Sara Hesikova How did you become a model? And why? In Russia I have a blog around street and skater style and a Russian agency found me through that. The world of fashion had always fascinated me so I was thrilled at the thought that I could be a part of it. Have you always wanted to be a model? I certainly didn’t go to any kind of “model school” but from the age of 12, I’d shoot for fun so it was always an interest. Who are your heroes in life and in modelling? I have to say for both it is my mum. She was a model and she has an amazing style, she is so supportive, always there for me, and her experience has been invaluable. Other models? Kate Moss. I would love to emulate her style and career. Generally though, creative people inspire me − artists, particularly painters. What is your present state of mind? I’m happy. What is your idea of happiness? Being busy, having fun, working a lot, having exhibitions to visit, travelling or simply watching foreign city life. And, of course, spending time with my lovely family. How would you like to be perceived by others? Truthful. If you were not a model, what would you be?
