It's only unhealthy if you don't have a varied diet. You have to be a lot more careful when you're a vegan to make sure you have enough fat and protein and vitamins, but I'm doing very well and very healthy =]

I would never give it up now because eating stuff from animals is :x I mean milk is cows udder juice and eggs is like chicken's menstration :x

I'm allegic to milk anyway. Butt enough of me and my vegan-ity!
