If you're referring to Dmitry Chapala's "La Mégère apprivoisée" then that's pretty much the highest resolution available from the following sources: 35photo, RivenMag, his official website, his tumblr, photosite.ru, and I compared res' / qual' from each & took the best of each. Now some websites, either for wallpapers or sites that redistribute those versions will upscale, add some artificial noise, sharpen a bit to give the impression it's an "original" higher resolution but it's not, just a lossy (jpeg) recompressed lossy thus more artefacts.
