Because the tat is done with white ink (poorly done btw), once it heals it will be invisible or pretty close to it (which makes the tat a little pointless in the first place), and if it's not a tattoo then it's a horrible branding.

 

BTW aren't Jewish people's supposed to avoid body modifications? Oh well GF didn't want to serve her country either. Bar R = The most edgy.
