January 11, 201015 yr The scar is not from a C-section, but from an appendectomy. It is in the proper spot and usually no permanent attempt is made to hide it surgically to let any future physician know that it has been removed. It is possible that it may be concealed in her case with makeup(or photoshop!). Most physicians will endeavor to hide a C-section scar below the bikini line, or along a fold of skin.
