Does anyone recognize this spunky girl with short, dark hair? She's been in Target ads recently and JCPenney.

She looks like a younger version of Laura Vargas a little bit.  In the eyes, she reminds me of Thamika. If I had to guess, I would think she is Brazilian and most likely has an agency in New York. If that helps anyone identify her.
