I've found this using the TinEye search engine (still poor quality, though):

 

 

If it can be of any help, according to the site linked below, that's from Elle France, 3 May 2004, shot by Sylvie Lancrenon. There's also a scan of the picture, but I guess it's just one half of a double spread.
