Did you see the whole documentary in France or just that interview? It had interviews with Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deuneuve, Audrey Tautou, Sophie Marceau, Juilliette Binoche, a rather pleasant looking Sara Forestier but only a tiny bit of Laetitia
