Of course, big eyes/porcelain skin women like Gemma, Lily Cole or Amanda Seyfried came first to my mind. But, tanned/faced Emily Didonato and Natalia Chabanenko are doll-faced too. Tanya Dziahileva - oval face/big eyes/big lips Magdalena Frackowiak - round face/tiny eyes/medium lips We can't generalize here, it's very individual And yes, I think Astrid, Angelina Jolie, Ali Michael etc. aren't doll-faced at all
