I see not only the face but see it also out of an agents perspective. 1991 and Look Models SF which corresponds with the slightly local SF ad. I know Look since the early 99s and I even lived in SF in the 90s and Look represented either local own discoveries or international models that lived in the SF area for a while. SF is not a city to go „onstay“ to since the market is too limited for that. Being represented in L.A. made more sense. Tatiana on the other hand was discovered in 90 and started out in Paris and lived in Paris from 90-93 which she states in this interview >

We used to rep Tatiana at the end of the 90s and I met her only ones. The pic

looks very much like her but the whole background story doesn’t fit and I think it’s rather a local model from the SF area.
