It's not the technicality that we're talking about. The term "Lindor" is on nearly every single Lindt product, the general public still associates the word Lindor with chocolate, regardless of Lindt. Hence taking that same name wasn't a smart move.

In my opinion a good decision. We haven't given any brand this much attention before. laugh
