I don't think so...F.C. doesn't seem to have the upper right lateral incisor turned slightly outwards like this model.Very similar though,and with time everything can change. I can see the similarity in the teeth in this pic as well but I'm definitely not convinced it's her...There's a big difference between 1991 and 1997, she could have changed a lot.
