January 22, 201312 yr the 2nd round definition: in the 2nd round we have 20 groups and 100 girls voting system : everyone has 25 points, which everyone can freely use; so you split these points to girls according to you like or dislike the eyes voting time : 2 days (+/- 48hrs) elimination: 60 women with higher average of points move on and 40 will be eliminated; in the end we will sum up each points, then we count the average rating from 1st round and 2nd round. (There will be lot of Maths, but it will be more fair, when we will count averages of both rounds. ) the 16th GROUP (16-36-56-76-96)
