NY Mag FRIDAY, OCT 16: I hop a flight to Beijing, arriving at Lane Crawford's second location for another press event filled with trunk shows, sales, and interviews. Afterwards, it's on to a cocktail event attended by a chic crowd including Du Juan and Liu Wen, both of whom wore my designs. Du Juan filled me in on her latest industry endeavor--her very own makeup collection! We wrap up the day's events with dinner at the just-opened Capital M restaurant, which had a stunning view overlooking Tiananmen Square.
