@maddog107 I feel awkward that I’ve been posting about problems so much these last few days, but there's one more.

A problem has recently appeared with the search engine, for example:

I also noticed a new bug (or feature?) - when you make a new post, you automatically jump to the first page of the thread instead of staying at the new post you just created.

EDIT: hmm didn't happen with this post, weird.

EDIT2: it jumps to the first post of the current page?

Also, when you try to edit a post you just created, you get a warning message, but the post still gets edited regardless (requires refreshing the page).

Try now, we have a new stop forum spam plugin, but maybe its overly aggressive. I turned it off for now until I have some time to look at it.

This bug is gone as well. 

EDIT: Update on this - it still occurs on some occasions. Probably a low priority bug though?

So elasticsearch got all messed up, so had to rebuild the search/notification DB from scratch. It will probably take 24+ hours but its running. so slowly you will start to see your search results and notifications come back to life. Thanks for letting me know. :)

Recent activity looks a bit messed up, but I assume it’ll be back to normal soon. Everything seems to be working again, thanks!

For me too recent activity looks a bit messed up,posts are not sorted by date.

It looks like it finished the rebuild. Is everything still wierd?

For me there's a massive gap.

EDIT: after a quick inspection, I think all the posts are still intact though.
