Chinese Democracy is the name of Guns N' Roses next album which Axl Rose has apparently been working on for the last 14 years or so with a perpetually delayed release date. Apparently production on the album has cost at least 13 million dollars so far. Considering how old this interview is, it's very possible she doesn't like them anymore.
