I saw it at Barnes & Noble today. I forgot to check if it was the Sept or Oct issue. Her name is mentioned on the cover.

The baby will come in December. If Heidi and Seal know the gender, they haven't revealed it. (Seal had been misquoted or mistranslated earlier when the tabloids said it would be a boy.)
