Add up the total number of points for that image and divide it by the number of votes.

ok....so should i change it to 15 votes ? and add them up and THEN divide by 20?

You don't have to have a certain number of votes if you take the average. Here is an example based on the current picture:

2+2+1.5+2.2+2.7+0.5+0.5+0.5+2.4+1+2.3+1+0.5+1+1.4+2.3+1= 24.8

17 people voted.

24.8/17 = 1.4588 = average

Edit: 20 votes were cast for all the other images, so you would divide their current scores by 20.

I don't suppose you're using a spreadsheet to record all the scores are you? You can just make a formula to calculate it easily for you <_<
