That's right. Barbara was completely in charge of herself, regardless of the critics. She was aware of her imperfections, but always worked them to the positive...as she often looked very beautiful.. Both of you are right. Remember, however, that both actresses are from different eras. Barbara's nose has become her trademark. There were not too many actresses in her times so talent eclipsed appearance. And Jennifer - You know what was her life with her mother who humiliated her. At the top is now the cult of beautiful bodies and eternal youth that's why she did nose job not because of vanity. How many blond actresses we have today ? Plenty. Both women are different and have a different repertoire of accomplishments. You can not compare them. Jen's nose job isn't big deal for me, that's so common in last 2 decades. And plastic surgery existed in Barbra's time.
