Milk won the category on the strength of three clips: Kanye West's "Touch the Sky," U2 and Green Day's "The Saints Are Coming" and Gnarls Barkley's "Gone Daddy Gone.""Touch the Sky" also was named for hip-hop video of the year, while "Saints" won trophies for rock video of the year and best special effects, presented to VFX house Sway Studio.Christina Aguilera's "Hurt," directed by Floria Sigismondi and Aguilera, was honored as video of the year, and Michael Haussman's clip for Justin Timberlake's "SexyBack" won for pop video of the year.The selection for adult contemporary video of the year went to the Fray's "How to Save a Life," helmed by Mark Pellington, who co-directed the upcoming "U2 3D" stereoscopic 3-D film.
