I think she may be behind because she lacks high fashion expression.
She definitely has the beauty and body for it, which is why she is still in the game!
Also, because her poses in the past leaned more on the too rigid side.

Hopefully as time goes on she'll do more high fashion than commercial.

This agency in my eyes develops models a lot better.
