No idea, I would like to know where it has been published too. One disadvantage of tumblr and co, most of the time you can't know from where the pictures are for real.

I find that weird too. It's hard to believe it's just a mistake but I really don't see why she's switching agency.

Some models recently moved from Viva to Elite Paris, maybe she'll do the same, we'll see.
