What are your basic care?

It is probably the same: I am obsessed with fixing my eyebrows. I always carry tweezers and a small magnifying mirror.

Do you practice any sport? do you keep fit by dieting?

I do sports every day alternating between Pilates, ballet, resistance training or swimming with my personal trainer. I also, spend 20 minutes a day doing yoga . As for food, I love fresh produce and follow the 80/20 diet. My favorite dish is my organic chicken with garlic, lemon and turmeric with roasted vegetables, you can see the recipe on my Kora Organics blog.

Do you have any ritual when it comes to perfume?

Yes, I like to spray perfume on the ends of my hair and on my clothes.

What does Miranda Kerr smells like?

When I go to a work meeting or an event, I use Escada Joyful, but for my day-to-day I like to use rose or sandalwood oils.
