i notice that in brazil francisco can also be written this way franciszinho or something like that.

i've also seen : franceschino,franciscando,chicao ,panchito ..and lots more

but in brazil when you have -inho at the end of your name, its the equivalent of the spanish -ito when the when to make the diminutive. so ronaldinho is literally little ronaldo
