Reconnecting with myself 🤍 Wellness and health have always been, and probably always will be, a journey of curiosity for me. I’m constantly exploring what works and what doesn’t. Lately though, it’s taken me inward. What seems to be working right now is slowing down, listening, and simplifying. (I never thought I’d admit this… but tea over coffee. I know. Let’s see how long that lasts. I still love my coffee, it just comes later in the day now. But there’s something about the ritual of tea that feels grounding.) And honestly, this whole shift started with acupuncture. At first it felt a little hocus pocus to me, but wow… I’ve seen and felt such a difference. My hormones, my sleep, my stress levels, even my skin. If you have sensitive skin like I do, I’m really learning that less is more. Giving your body space to recalibrate and listening for its inner voice again.
