SOME MORE INFO ON HER FOR YOU GUYS!

Today's BOMBshell is a very special International guest...Mala Bryan.

Hi Mala. Thanks for the interview, we're really stoked to have someone of your stature feature as our BOMBshell this week. Firstly, let's bring everyone up to speed with who you are.

Hi guys, Well, my name is Mala and I am originally from the Caribbean. I grew up in Vieux - Fort on the island of St Lucia and then moved to St Martin, after high school where I got discovered.

How did you end up gracing the covers of international fashion magazines?

I was discovered while just going into a store, back home. Someone spotted me, and it just grew from there.

So what are you doing in South Africa at the moment?

I've been in SA for Africa fashion week, and I'm staying on for a bit to shoot Cosmo's swimwear.

Have you spent a lot of time in South Africa?

Yeah, this is my 3rd visit. I absolutely love it here It's so beautiful. I am also so inspired every time I come here, I just get creative and start making stuff, beading...Oh, gosh. It's just so inspirational.

Business or pleasure?

Both! I've been based in Cape Town this trip, but I did shoot a commercial up in KZN - it was a commercial for Jacobs coffee for German client. I really wanted to go to Mala Mala game reserve, since they named it after me!

Ha, ha.. you would love it there! So where is home these days, Mala?

I live in South Beach Miami, it is an amazing place to live. I love it.

I know you boys are all about surfing, but I've never been surfing before - we have different waves to here, and I'm a little afraid of the ocean. I have lots of friends who surf in Miami and Hawaii, actually.

What's been the highlight of your trips to SA?

Wow. Well in 2008, I was in Cape Town for fashion week, and the Vogue editors were looking for someone to use in the Gold Museum, for Brazillian Vogue, and they chose me, so that was amazing! Otherwise, I'd have to say Robben Island - wow. incredible.

Cool Mala, well thanks so much for your time and we look forward to seeing you on many more international magazine covers!

Thanks guys!
