He literally had it up for only a few seconds. In regards to the Neon Carnival pic posted above, looks like David Bortolucci (another of Leos long time friends) with him. Maybe he has two fav colours or maybe he changed over the years. However, he does look great in blue!! That's Nikki but I wonder who that guy is that leo has his arm around.
