I only remember one ass kicking in the past years.. the 6-0 of '99 (?). In the past couple of seasons the matches have been very close, decided by single actions by fantastic players like Kak

Gocho if Inter doesn't win a trophy this year, you think Mancio will be fired?

And do you think Cassano is going to Inter?

Ed please don't challenge me on ac milan and inter history :p.. chances are.. I know more than you on anything regarding the two teams. :D

I don't doubt that. I actually couldn't remember anything about those matches besides Sheva hitting an absolutely awesome curling shot and the flares. Just testing your memory

*rubs hands in anticipation*

excellent! NOW FIGHT! :ninja: :war:

Let's hope Mancini and Ancelotti are fired soon. I'm tired of them ruining potentially awesome teams <_< I don't like Rijkaard either, but his experience in football has given rise to a successful blend of organisation and lack of organisation. So stupid yet so brilliant at the same time :o

Roberto Baggio says he wants to become coach

I'd wouldn't hesitate a second if Baggio wanted to coach Milan

Even if Milan is going through a rough period I do agree they got Inter's number. The Derby is a whole different story. The players get motivation and energy from anywhere and play at their best (in most of the cases). This is why it's easier to beat Milan if you're Chievo than if you're Inter.

Mancini won't be sacked if Inter doesnt win the CL or the Scudetto (Coppa Italia doesnt count). He will be given another season and I think that would be it for him if he would also fail to accomplish something next season.

Cassano is a good player but you can't control him.. he's a spoiled baby and Inter's 'family evironment' woudln't be able to control him. He woudl only come to make mess. We already have Adriano, Martins, Recoba, Cruz... they're enough. Although Martins is leaving in january for the African cup and with Recoba's EXTRAORDINARY physical reliability it wouldn't surprise me if Inter signed Cassano.

On Ancelotti... AC is not stuoid, they won't sack him. You can't sack a coach that made you win Scudetto and CL and that was 6 mins away from another CL. (Only Real Madrid does it... Del Bosque.. ). EDverything looks worse than it is because this season Juve is beating everyone and has only lost 3 points. A couple of seasons ago AC would now be top.

Solskjear made his comeback after 19 months

Sacchi is going to quit Madrid :o there is something really wrong with Madrid

If Milan fail to win anything again this year, I really do feel Ancelotti will be sacked, he has done some great things for the club, but he has also made some real stupid decisions over the years (just one example is not bringing on another midfielder or defender in last year's CL final, when 3-0 up)

Why would you bring in a def or mid when you're dominating a match? Liverpool scored and Milan went into panic for the next 5 minutes. Liverpool was good at taking advantage of that panic.

Mosconi.. that's hilarious man!!

If your winning 3-0 you don't need to score any more, you take off a forward for a mid like Ambrosini (I know he was injured in the final) or Kaladze, and clog up the middle. You cannot lose a 3-0 lead, you go and play catenaccio, I don't care if it's boring. And how does he replace Crespo in that match, when he scored 2 goals, he shouldhave taken off Sheva, who had a horrible game.

Who is Mosconi? That was hilarious though

are you sure 'everything' isn't a typo gocho? ;)

I think Milan either need a new coach or some good replacements. Both would be nice. And Milan were dominating last season as well. They played perfectly for a while, but then because of the lack of depth the Milan engine ran out of steam

But as I recall, Milan were behind to Juve last season as well, but lost it on the penultimate game before Istanbul right? Everything was going ever so well.

And I'm not sure which planet you're from, but on Earth, we tend to protect 3-0 leads, especially in the really really important games ;) Besides those 6 minutes, Milan's class really showed, but that tactical error lead to a defeat :(

And our reserves still beat them 2-0! VAMOS!

and  there is something really wrong with Madrid

Milan and Real can both get Paul Gascoigne now that he has been sacked by Kettering :shifty:

Crouch sored!

HUGE amount of luck helped him, but he scored!

I haven't seen the Arsenal match and maybe it's better this way.

I have to correct myself.

Only first goal was lucky, the second one was a great one.

Where do you live exactly? I keep thinking you're a Spaniard for some reason. Maybe you just have cable TV?

The latter.

Thank God for Ricky Kaka :hell yea!:

If it wasn't for Kaka's briliance tonight Milan would have probally lost :ermm:

I must say that Schelke is a very dirty team, and Poulsen is a prick :avada: I can see why Totti spit on him now

I think Milan does have a deep bench, it's just Ancelotti refuses to use it, otherwise I agree with eveything else you said

Liverpool finished ahead of Chelsea :)

To bad they can't do that in the Premier League :(

or that too

you're the expert, not me :ermm:

The reserves for the backline are all aging besides Kaladze.

Mids, I can think of Ambrosini, Serginho, Jankulovski and Rui Costa. 2 of them are aging.

Forwards you have Vieri and Inzaghi. Both aging.

A bit more depth and youth is needed me thinks

Then again youth in Italy is about 35  :p

and w00t for Kaka. Did he get the name Kaka from the 'ca' in 'Ricardo'? Otherwise I have no idea how he got his name :idk:

Liverpool finished ahead of Chelsea :)

I think once Rafa has his full team, and we get a bit smarter tactically. If you watch Chelsea play, their players seem more aware of what is happening on the pitch tactically. Not sure if it's Mourinho screaming from the sidelines, but I know a few of their players read the game quite well, not just defending but attacking. Liverpool lack that. Xabi, Carra and Hyypia read the game quite well. Gerrard's tactical awareness is increasing as well. He makes some splendid tactical passes to change the direction of play now and his positioning and running is a lot better. But apparently Liverpool are 70% of the team Rafa dreams of. I'm happy though. We're playing well, defending well and sometimes we can stroke the ball around well and make some good plays. :D

Give it time. The Chelski empire shall fall :shifty:
