October 23, 200519 yr Congratulations Thierry. He is a great player <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i think that the reception he got before the match was a bit over the top. that's the type of thing a club does when a legendary player retires not when they break a club record. . . . shame that he's going to barcelona though the penalty really comical. pires was gonna do a little pass and henry run in and hit it but it went wrong 'cos pires just grazed the ball with his studs, thus putting the ball in play and he therefore wasn't allowed to touch the ball. 'cos he couldn't touch the ball, all the man city players streamed in and nicked the ball off of him. as the radio said 'truly the worst penalty ever'.
October 23, 200519 yr He changes to Barca? I didn't know it...... for money all change. But it still plays in the national team...
October 23, 200519 yr He loves Arsenal and loves to play there, he said many times that he wants to play for them until he retires. On the other hand, you are right Chelsea is likely to win not just this championship, but next one too. That's a good enough reason for leaving England. We will find out about his decision sooner or later. And while we are waiting for the answer, let's decide about Ballack's future!Bayern, ManU or Real?
October 23, 200519 yr Hopefully not Manyoo, cause he's a player of quality and god knows Manyoo don't have that in their team (read: I am Kopite, here me roar!) Real seem to have a decent squad, but I think if the price is low enough, they'd have a go at buying him. Bayern? Why not? Bayern are a great side so he might stay, or he might be sick of Germany... who knows

Bayern? Why not? Bayern are a great side so he might stay, or he might be sick of Germany... who knows <{POST_SNAPBACK}> man utd. can no longer compete with chelsea and are in a downward spiral. . . . no point going there bayern are in germany and won't win the champions league. must be getting boring. . . . no point staying there real madrid. would he necessarily be playing regularly. they have great players but are totally disorganised it seems. their history is also based upon fascism . . . no point going there there's only one logical team for him to join - spurs. . . . or maybe i'm being a bit hopeful seriously though, i've no clue where he's gonna go. apparently AC and juventus are tracking him as well . . .
October 23, 200519 yr Juve are tracking Maduro... Maduro and Sneijder for Liverpool Gonzalez to Liverpool
October 23, 200519 yr I don't like Real. Is only one heap of superstar, which does not play with one another. Owen made a good decision, when he left. I was surprised at Juve bad play against Bayern. They were times better. I believe Ballack remain in Bayern.
October 24, 200519 yr I know. Very badly, but nevertheless Lampard shot a goal! I hope against the Charlton Athletic play it better. <_<
October 24, 200519 yr ummm... Chelsea beat Charlton 2-0 remember? Crespo header and Robben 18 yard shot?
October 24, 200519 yr ummm... Chelsea beat Charlton 2-0 remember? Crespo header and Robben 18 yard shot? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I know and I hope that Chelsea to 26.10 also win! It's a pity that ... I cannot see it!
October 24, 200519 yr I don't get it On a brighter note, Huth started against Everton <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What don't you understand? Interesting picture, or?
October 24, 200519 yr Jose Mourinho's View On Why Pires Did 'That' Penalty ^ . . . he's a laugh every minute but it is so true!!
October 25, 200519 yr ummm... Chelsea beat Charlton 2-0 remember? Crespo header and Robben 18 yard shot?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Anouk talks about Carling Cup. Tomorrow Chelsea - Charlton.
October 26, 200519 yr Tell me about it. I wonder what Rafa is doing. I wonder what our players are doing. They're not even improving! They think they can sit there and say that they're great because they're the champions of Europe? I don't see Chelsea sitting there and saying they're the champions of England. They just keep improving and trying to prove the critics wrong. The players at LFC think it's ok to just pop up on the field and expect a win? And Rafa has some share in the responsibility! I'm getting impatient, but I guess there's nothing I can do about it but support my team :anger:
