Let's see if I can dig back into (and clarify) my thoughts... First off, this is not a comparison between you and Sofia, and I don't expect you to post pictures of yourself (this would be neither appropriate, or fair, to both parties). "One man's ceiling is another (wo)man's floor," goes the saying. Tastes and colors can't be argued, goes another. But since you picked a bad picture of Sofia (the 2nd one, I'll grant you that - but I see nothing wrong with the first, except that darker hair doesn't suit her as well as the lighter variations to which we've been used), included here are some of her which I think do her better justice. In all fairness, Natalie, I don't object to your taste - there are some women in here whose charms leave me cold, however aesthetically pleasant they may appear to you or others. Rather, I take (a tiny little) issue (if you'll forgive me) with your harsh words to describe a beautiful woman, however past her prime she may be. Certainly, as a woman yourself, you must be conscious of the fact that you too, one day, will be past your prime. When that time inevitably comes, you will appreciate men (and women) who see past the minor imperfections of time, and value your true beauty, inner and outer, for what it still is, and hopefully always will be. Finally, I was under the impression this forum and the topics herein are meant to celebrate beauty (inner and outer), not put it down (certainly not as harshly as you do).
