New interview with her agency in London, and it seems she has a new hairstyle.

I'm kind of hoping it's just for a job, but I'm sure it will grow on me.

Spotted - Wonder Woman

Emanuela De Paula has worked her magic across the worlds fashion industry. She has been shot for Gap, Vogue Brazil, American Vogue, W, Flair, and L'Officiel to name but a few. You will most likely remember her however for her Next campaigns, which she has been fronting for three years, or strutting her stuff down the catwalk for Victoria's Secret.

You travel all over the world for work. Where do you spend most of your time?

I come here quite often, every month/two months, and tend to stay in a hotel. But I’m based in New York. I only go back to Brazil once a year for Christmas. It’s so nice to go there and just relax, no make-up, no hair!

What has been your favourite job so far?

When I was first modelling in New York I came to London for a bit, for castings and stuff, and when I went back I was shot for a W editorial, 8 pages. It was beautiful, such a fascinating experience.

Where has been your favourite shoot location?

Actually I’m going to Tulum at the weekend to shoot for Next. It’s really simple, like one long beach in the South of Mexico, and it’s just so nice, we just spend like three days on a beach. It’s where the Mayans lived there’s a lot of history and culture.

You must get quite close to the other models on shoots, especially working with them repeatedly?

Yeah, most of the time it’s me and Amy Hixon, we always shoot together when we’re doing the Next commercials. When we’re in the same country we try and hang out. This time though I just got here two days ago and she’s leaving, but I saw her yesterday. When we do see each other we generally spend a whole day together.

How do you relax?

I take pictures. After 3 years of my career I was working like crazy and was like I have to find something to get me out of this, and then suddenly I found photography. It’s kind of on the same page, but not so much fashion, more portrait and little things that I find, the beach, whatever. And then I edit them on the computer. I don’t have much time to go away as such, so I have to find things to do after a day’s work.

If you weren’t modelling what would you be doing right now?

I’m not sure, I love modelling and I’m happy with the way everything is going.

Are there any designers you would love to work for?

Oh yes, Lanvin, Stella McCartney, Isabel Marant. Those three define style. I would love to meet them, and do a show for them.

What’s your favourite meal?

I’m Brazilian, so it would have to be meat! I love beans and rice but just meat and a good salad is perfect.

Who would be your ultimate dinner date?

I’d love to meet Christy Turlington. I think she’s beyond beautiful and I would love to know if she’s a nice person. I’m sure she is, I just think she would be really interesting.

One word. Wow.

unfortunately she walked exclusively for Reinaldo Lourenco so she won't be walking any more shows for SPFW, but I think she might be a part of their C&A campaign for FW 2011

Our cover of the January issue, the Pernambuco Emanuela de Paula parades exclusively for this edition of Reinaldo Lourenço SPFW. The top spoke with Vogue:

- A landmark paper? Cover of Vogue Brazil January, photographed in Salvador.

- An icon of style? Stella McCartney.

- From where you came from and where do you go. I'm coming from Mexico and I'm going to Stockholm.

- The ultimate gift that won? An autographed DVD of Giovanni's Luan Santana [Frasson, fashion director of Vogue Brail]. He had spoken of it in our trip to Salvador, when we made the cover of Vogue, and he gave me today.

Emanuela de Paula, 21, loads up and down his camera Leica M9. "I like taking pictures of places I visit and my friends," he says brightly in basckstage Reinaldo Lourenço, the only parade that will, at the Sao Paulo Fashion Week. The state capital, she leaves for Sweden where he will certainly make your clicks over.

The model, which is among the select group of Angels lingerie line Victoria's Secret, says it is considering to be a photographer when he retires from the catwalk. "It's a possibility that I think, but still has plenty of time ahead," he says.

Self-taught, Emanuela bought a Leica model that lets you shoot in digital and analog versions (with film). She enjoys the experience with some of the best photographers in the world to ask for tips. "During a job, it was very dark and I wanted to take pictures. Then the (photographer) Andre Schiliró told me to increase the ISO machine, "he says.

The supermodel is fan of the work of Italian Paolo Roversi. "I find it incredible the way he illuminates the picture. As a model, never photographed with him, but certainly (if it did) was going to ask lots of tips! "He jokes. Emanuela maintains a tumblr where they publish pictures of their travels around the world, the EDP STUDIO (see below two clicks from the site.) The girl has a future.
