Nelsinho takes to the catwalk during the Fashion for Relief charity fashion show held at the BFC Tent at the Natural History Museum in Central London, on 17 September 2008 as part of the London Fashion Week. The show and auction are in aid of the White Ribbon Aliance, patroned by the wife of the British Prime Minister Sarah Brown, which is an international coalition of organisations saving the lives of pregnant women and newborn babies around the world.
