I changed my mind! 🤣 It is her the more I look at her. And I think that she already had short hair at the time of the photo. Look at it - at the time of the shot there is nothing to cut and the long hair is simply fake.

I thought the same thing but I didn't want to bore with details. I also think they used hair extensions with resin attachments to simulate long, cropped hair.
