Gonzalo recently appeared on the big screen opposite Diane Lane and Dermot Mulroney in "Must Love Dogs." Her other film credits include "Christmas with the Kranks," "A Cinderella Story," "Dodgeball" and "Freaky Friday." Gonzalo's first feature film, the one which she landed on her first audition ever, was "I'm with Lucy," starring Monica Potter and Gael Garcia Bernal.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Gonzalo moved with her family to Miami Beach at the age of 8. She began her career in front of the camera as a model but knew from an early age that she would eventually become an actress. She studied acting, dance and movement throughout high school and soon thereafter decided to make the trip to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television. Following her move, Gonzalo landed a recurring role on The WB comedy series Greetings from Tucson.

Has been in two movies with Chad Michael Murray: Freaky Friday (2003) and A Cinderella Story (2004).

Speaks fluent Spanish. When doing press junkets for her films with the Spanish-language media she does so entirely in Spanish, which has made her a very popular young star for Latinos and Latin Americans.

Recently filmed _Silent Night (2007/II)_ , on which she also serves as Executive Producer. The film co-stars Brandon Quinn and is being directed by Brinton Bryan.

She also starred in two movies with Jamie Lee Curtis; Freaky Friday (2003) and Christmas with the Kranks (2004).
