Do it once a week and you should be fine Oh and don't download .exe files, unless you know you want to install a programme. If its in a song file etc, it's most likely a nasty virus Quote

Just press cancel When I reinstalled it just now, I was sitting there for a while thinking What virus scanner are you using? I've never really had much success with the like of Norton. Quote
