From the looks of it, it probably isn't a new commercial and there are various longer versions floating around. But all I got is the 30-second version in its original 480p High Definition format! The YouTube title is incorrect - she's not drunk, it was filming some commercial or promotion. I remember seeing somewhere on the web the whole sequence, about 15 mintues of her dancing about.
